Creating new and enhancing existing communications strategies, developing and implementing new content across digital, traditional and face-to-face channels, advising senior leaders on how communications enables the delivery of business strategy and drives cultural change.
In addition to external and corporate communications teams, I support HR functions to develop their internal communications and culture strategies, specifically focusing on areas such as employee engagement, building culture planning and executing internal communications strategies for organisational change and leadership visibility.
