We The Curious is an idea and a place for everyone. Previously known as At-Bristol Science Centre, our venue on Bristol’s harbourside is a bit an indoor festival, with all sorts of different experiences, where you can interact with exhibits, test stuff out and participate rather than just visit. As an educational charity, we’re all about empowering everyone to ask questions and get creative - with boundaries removed between science, art, people and ideas - a culture of curiosity.
Most of our income is earned from four sources: your visits, private event hire, the revenue received from the Millennium Square Car Park, donations and sponsorship. We rely on support from public and private donors to be able to continue all our educational, outreach and community projects, and to develop We The Curious' exhibitions. We The Curious uses the very latest hands-on and multimedia techniques to engage people of all ages in a journey of discovery through science. With hundreds of hands-on exhibits to explore, live shows and a Planetarium, We The Curious is one of the UK's biggest and most exciting interactive science centres. Voted Visitor Attraction of the Year 2011 by Visit Bristol, we have also been listed one of VisitBritain's top 10 family attractions, and are one of The Guardian's top 20 family-friendly museums in the UK!
