The Go Live team delivered a full event production, speaker management and international conference support service to Turret Media ME for the Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture (GFIA) held at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi. Providing world-class sound, lighting and projection design, the team managed and coordinated local suppliers to deliver the conference plenary room. The opening ceremony attended by over 1,000 people included video addresses from HRH The Prince of Wales and John Kerry, US Secretary of State. It also saw speeches from HRH King George Rukidi IV of Toro, Uganda and Dr. Ren Wang, Assistant Director General of Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations.

Peel Hunt 25th Anniversary Reception

The Go Live team delivered a specialist event production and management service for the Peel Hunt 25th Anniversary reception held at Banking Hall, London. The evening hosted 500 attendees including staff from Peel Hunt, clients and friends. As part of the service Go Live worked to create the perfect evening by hand picking the venue with selective theming throughout to help accentuate the brand and celebrate the organisation?s 25th Anniversary.

World Travel Market

The Go Live team delivered a complete event production service for the seventh year running at World Travel Market- the leading global event for the travel industry which occupies the whole of London ExCel. Go Live Events, with Fred Productions, produced the main conference on behalf of Reed Exhibitions over the four days of the event. Go Live's responsibilities included an intricate set design and build, the bespoke design, provision and management of the sound and lighting as well as stage management for the conference, which boasts high profile speakers such as Dr Taleb Rifai, Secretary-General of the United Nation's World Tourism Organization and Drew Crawley, Chief Commercial Officer at British Airways.

Curo Spotlight Awards

Go Live Events delivered a full event production and management service for the Curo annual Spotlight Awards. The Bath Pavilion hosted the evening and provided the perfect setting for the black and white movie themed evening. The team designed and built the set and stage as well as providing the audio visual infrastructure and technical support for the awards. Go Live also produced all the screen content and the presentation for the night, which required the team to be one step ahead throughout as it encompassed many intricate videos alongside a heavily cued script. This was achieved seamlessly to deliver an overall great event.
