Damian Connop Creative Director
Damian is our Creative Director, co-founder and the head of all things design here at G&V. He is an experienced art director with a broad range of creative skills and thinking as well as an in-depth understanding of how branding and marketing can engage audiences and transform businesses. With more than 20 years of experience spanning a number of specialist disciplines, Damian started his career working on accounts such as Microsoft, Orange, BT, Lloyds TSB, Fujitsu and Centrica. He has a passion for detail and all things creative - from graphic design and illustration to the challenges of multi-platform storytelling.
Jen Wagner Commercial Director
Jen joined G&+V in 2013 after 11 years client-side working in brand management across multiple platforms in varied industry sectors.
She’s worked with Apple, Canon, Adobe, SkyArts and Intel on launching new products, brands and events – nationally and internationally – and developing brand experience, integration programmes and campaigns.
Most recently, she was a strategic marketing consultant for SMEs, focusing on insight to develop and nurture client brands that supported their business growth strategies.
Jen is a highly experienced strategic marketer and client services manager with an excellent track record of delivering results in challenging environments. She heads up the Account Management across the portfolio of Goram & Vincent’s projects.
Gary Lake Digital Director
Gary is our Digital Director – a hybrid by nature he's our bridge between all things technical and creative.
He's an award-winning designer, art director, producer, web developer and computer scientist with a career spanning over 16 years. In that time Gary has worked on creative and technical projects for Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, British Cycling, BBC, BT and UK Sport.
His eye for detail both creatively and technically, combined with meticulous planning and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done is what sets him apart.
Having held his own and excelled in roles as diverse as Art Director and Software Engineer, Gary is well placed to give focussed oversight where design and technology meet in the digital space.
Cheryl Franklin Production Director
Cheryl is a multi-disciplined designer with a broad knowledge of branding and design across print and digital.
With more than 15 years of experience of creating imaginative, attention-grabbing concepts, she is also an expert in developing creative solutions for print and digital language translations.
Her career spans work for a diverse range of clients both in London and in Bristol, on accounts for Hoover, Panasonic, Dualit, Toys R Us, The AA, Aardman and Argos.
Cheryl is both lead designer on a number of projects as well as an organised creative; responsible for the studio production, traffic and scheduling of all work here at G&V.
