Tim Jones Managing Director

Tim has 18 years experience in account management, strategy and agency management across digital, direct and integrated marketing. He founded True with his fellow directors in 2004. Tim has a deep understanding of their business strategy and challenges and how True can help them exploit digital channels

Tim Beckett CEO

Tim is True Digital’s CEO, and a founding Director. He develops our business strategy, and heads up the agency management team. His irrepressible energy and enthusiasm comes from over 20 years of entrepreneurial endeavour in digital marketing. In 2004 he set up True Digital with fellow founding Director Tim Jones. As a team they revelled in the opportunity to create a brilliant new independent agency that believes in honesty, integrity and partnership

Rich McCloskey Client Services Director

Rich has a wealth of agency experience – working right through the Client Services hierarchy from Account Executive to his current position of Client Services Director. His agency experience has been gained across a mix of digital and integrated agencies, working on major B2B and B2C brands including Fuller’s Brewery, Kia Motors, Microsoft and Clarks shoes. With a firm grasp of your strategic requirements, Rich will ensure agency and client teams work in partnership towards our shared vision

Bertie Rogers Business Development Manager

Bertie has 10 years' experience in Business Development and Marketing in publishing, digital marketing and technology. Leading the marketing and new business effort, his role at True has two key objectives: To raise awareness and profile of the agency and to work with potential clients to understand their business challenges/opportunities and forge mutually rewarding partnerships

With over 25 years agency experience in advertising and marketing, including more than 10 years devoted to digital creativity, Fiona ensures that the creative expression of our clients is fresh, inspiring and compelling, not just in what it says and how it looks but how the whole customer experience feels

Nick Baillie Senior Strategist

Nick has 14 years’ experience of working in marketing communications, 6 of those with a focus on digital. He’s worked with brands including McDonald’s, Disney, Sky, the NHS and Tesco. At True, Nick is responsible for getting to the heart of the strategic challenge, defining objectives and strategic solutions, and ensuring they meet the challenge appropriately throughout all stages of our activity

Tom King Head of Search, Social and Media

Tom has been working in digital for 6 years. He is part of the Search, Social & Media team creating multi channel strategies for our clients, his speciality is in Search and Social Media Marketing. After beginning his career growing a specialist accommodation start up, Tom has since gone on to develop Search & Media strategies for more than 80 local, national and international businesses including Pet Drugs Online, Furniture Village, Sawday's, and Fuller's Brewery

Mark Dearman Creative Director

Mark is a world-class designer with over 14 years’ experience of digital designing. He is responsible for the look and feel of the design team’s output and acts as guardian for the design and brand integrity of our clients

Chris Westlake Production Director

Chris has been involved in digital for almost 20 years, delivering everything from ecommerce sites and database applications to digital rebrands, content management systems, and videos. He’s worked with a number of major brands, including Furniture Village, npower, English Heritage and Halfords. As well as overseeing delivery at True, Chris is currently looking at how collaborative working can create better experiences and products for both True and their clients
