As an experienced facilitator, I draw on my knowledge and experience of communication processes, to encourage effective and meaningful group dialogue and bring the best out of the groups I work with. I use a huge range of creative processes to engage teams and create the right environment for fruitful and meaningful group facilitation.
I work with a wide range of clients from charities, government bodies and the private sector. Participants in my workshops come from a broad spectrum of professional backgrounds and vary in seniority from Directors and Senior Project Managers to volunteer field workers, and groups of young people.
I facilitate team away days, strategy days, workshops and events within and across teams, and with external stakeholders. Much of my facilitation involves helping companies define team values and purpose, set goals, create strategic plans and review projects. But I also help teams to problem solve, and generate ideas in a creative way.
Aside from facilitation I have created an online course to help small business owners learn to design and deliver their own workshops. It is due to be launched in December 2019 and in the meantime I have a FREE online course you can enrol on https://jewell-facilitation.teachable.com/p/tops-tips-for-creating-your-workshops
