Caroline brings considerable experience in retail, Civil Service, Recruitment, hospitality, education and consulting to her leadership training, facilitation and executive coaching.
Caroline enjoys working at all level: individual, team and organisational to help them identify their strengths and then how they can make the most of their abilities.
Caroline had designed and delivered training on management and leadership skills. She is passionate about gender diversity, working to empower women and help the company retain their talent.
Caroline is an author, lecturer, speaker, podcaster, mentor for the Princes Trust and Non executive director. Her second book is dedicated helping mums to be navigate the maternity time and companies retain their female talent and will be out in Spring 2018.
