About the event

The future is not what it used to be and that’s a positive thing.

We’re going into a new world where client expectations will be different. Standards will be higher and being average won’t count.

Even before Covid, clients were feeling the stagnation in sharpness and effectiveness; and seeing connections and value weakening. For some time, they’ve been searching for people who can really deliver clever, joined-up solutions across the media landscape. And during the crisis they will have recognised new requirements, seen new ideas and found quicker, cheaper ways of getting things done.

So, the bar has been raised and there are new standards for success. Agencies will need to convince clients (existing and new) that their level and type of expertise can add significant value and that they can access it in the simplest possible way.

In this event, we will deep dive into how agencies need to respond to these changing needs and attitudes. We’ll share our perspectives on what it will take to earn and grow client commitment, and some practical know-how on what you need to think (or rethink) when it comes to your approach. Join us so you create the strongest possible future for your agency, and not just survive.
