Unlocking the lead generation secrets to accelerate your Agency new business globally post Covid-19
As the world adjusts to its new normal, agencies across the UK are turning their thoughts to the future and, in particular, their business development and growth strategies. Planning to grow existing clients or, for most agencies, the pressure of winning new ones in this challenging climate is daunting. And, is there opportunity for agencies to grow at all?
We're delighted that Spencer Gallagher, Co-author of the best-selling book Agencynomics and Co-Founder/CEO of the UK's leading growth consultancy Cactus, will be joining us online on Friday 17th July (10.30am-11.30am) to explore the opportunity for regional based agencies to take advantage and leverage the post Covid environment.
About this session
Despite London and the South East being home to over a third of the UK companies, there is finally an opportunity to no longer rely on travel to London and the South-East, or a need to have offices there as part of their growth strategy.
Spencer’s best performing client through Covid has been an Agency from Bristol, which should be set to become a Deloitte Tech Fast 50 company this year. Their ability to distance sell to software companies in North America is born from a necessity to manage clients at distance.
Agencies that had previously sold to sectors that lagged behind the ability to communicate using video, now have a real chance to sell to almost every organisation in their target sectors globally, whilst having a lower carbon footprint on the environment.
There is a real opportunity to leverage the ways that Agencies can win new business through video communications. Spencer will talk through both his UK and Global new business surveys from the past 6 months and share the lessons learnt about how Agencies actually win leads and how you can leverage those approaches in the new normal.
This is the first of 3 talks that Spencer will be delivering for Bristol Media over the summer so keep an eye on the website for details of the next two sessions.
This session is aimed at Agencies and service businesses.
Booking is via Eventbrite - click here to book your place. We will send the Zoom link nearer the time.
For this session we're asking our members to make a minimum donation of £10+VAT per person although, for those who are in a position to do so, a donation of £20+VAT per person would be appreciated. The cost for non-members is £25+VAT per person.
Whilst some of our members have been unaffected by COVID-19, we recognise for others this is still challenging business climate so we want to do what we can to support. As many will know, Bristol Media operates as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company and revenue comes solely from membership fees and events. We receive no other funding or financial support. We’re hopeful that the donation approach will allow all members to continue accessing our events whatever their financial situation whilst also allowing us to replace some of the revenue we’ve lost over recent months. All our speakers give their time and expertise voluntarily. Thank you for your continued backing and we hope that you’ll be able to support this approach and look forward to being able to deliver a series of worthwhile events that our members enjoy and importantly find beneficial to their businesses.
