The final 2019 edition of the Bristol HubSpot User Group lands on Tuesday 19th November and attendees will learn about chatbots in a session called: Chatbots & Contextual Marketing - How To Accelerate Prospects Through The Buyer's Journey.

The chatbot uprising is upon us and thanks to increased data collection and HubSpot’s SMART features, it’s never been easier to combine personalisation and automation to create real-time, dynamic experiences for your website visitors. But who should you be targeting, and which page is most deserving of its own chatbot?

At the next free HubSpot User Group, Jemma Legg (Digital Marketing Manager at Tribal Group) will share what she learned from implementing chatbots across the Tribal Group website. Combining her experience with what she discovered at HubSpot's INBOUND conference, Jemma's talk will help you understand how to create your own chatbots and enhance the performance of them using contextual marketing. This session will be followed by an interactive workshop.

After Jemma's talk, you'll know:

- How to create your own chatbot

- How to enhance the performance of existing chatbots

- How to use chatbots to accelerate prospects through the buyer's journey

- How to use chatbots to streamline your sales process

This is your opportunity to pick the brains of a HubSpot user who has recently gone through the process of implementing chatbots as part of their marketing strategy.

This talk is best suited for:

HubSpot users who are considering implementing chatbots on their website and want to learn the "do's and don'ts" from someone who has been there and done it. The session will also be useful for people who have recently launched chatbots and want to know the steps they can take to bring their chatbots to the next level.
