Flourish adds new Head of Data Strategy
Bristol-based CRM agency, Flourish Digital and Direct Marketing, has brought in Jack Stalker as Head of Data Strategy.
Jack joins from Indicia, where he was Data Strategy lead. Formerly a Data Planner at LIDA London (M&C Saatchi Group), he led CRM data planning and optimisation for O2, while working with clients such as IKEA, Virgin and John Lewis.
His arrival underlines Flourish’s data-led proposition, and points to a wider shift in agency thinking that, as data grows in size and complexity, knowing how to use it is vital. Especially as the sharp rise in data-driven marketing shows no signs of letting up. There’s more data than ever – but it’s more difficult to use than ever.
At Flourish, Jack will be charged with bridging the gap between data science and strategy – in other words, turning insight into impact for clients like Samsung, PDSA and Toolstation.
On joining Flourish, Jack said, “I can’t wait to start working with a range of clients who can benefit from our data proposition – optimising, elevating and transforming data capabilities and marketing performance.”
If you’re a business, the challenge starts with understanding your data. And if you need help wrapping your head around the numbers, ask Jack for a free Reporting Review: firstname.lastname@example.org
