That Little Agency wins big at the FIRM Awards

In their second year of trading, Bristol based employer branding specialists That Little Agency have won a coveted national award for their employer branding work with insurance provider Hastings Direct.

The FIRM Awards were established in 2013 to celebrate the very best of in-house recruitment excellence, innovation and best practice. They act as an inspiration to fellow members of The FIRM, setting the standard for in-house recruiters and provide an opportunity for our members to recognise the achievements of their peers in a prestigious and inspiring environment. As such, the 2019 event on 21st March in London welcomed a variety of companies and creative agencies from around the country. That Little Agency picked up the award for Best Development of an Employer Brand.

A relative newcomer to Bristol’s thriving digital communications sector, That Little Agency is a branding and marketing agency focused wholly on raising the awareness of employers to their target audience of job seekers. They help clients find out what it is that makes their business a great place to work - and create compelling recruitment marketing messages and platforms to reach the best talent.
