Synergy Creative Win Big at the EBMAs

Synergy Creative is on the lookout for a new trophy cabinet after another successful night at the 2019 Employer Brand Management Awards.

Nominated for their work creating the employer brand for Arval UK, the vehicle leasing side of BNP Paribas, Synergy scooped four awards on the night, including golds for Best Employer Brand Management from the Financial Services Sector, and Best Employer Brand Management from the Transport and Logistics Sector in addition to silvers for Best Communication of the Employer Brand to the Internal Audience and Best Employee Experience.

The EBMAs act as a benchmark of the employer brand management process and work to highlight successful employer branding, celebrating the campaigns and organisations that are doing some of the best work in this field.

Andrew Thomas, founder of the Employer Brand Management Awards, said, “From attraction to retention, reputation to risk management, each of last night’s winners raised the bar with their corporate positioning, setting a new mark for next year’s programme and cementing employer brand management as an essential component to overall business growth.”
