Build your team's skills: Effectiveness Workshops
We’re proud to announce the launch of the Effectiveness Series, designed by two of Bristol Media’s member business consultants and coaches following interviews with members and conversations with Chris Thurling and his team.
Starting on 3rd April, we’ll be running three skills-based workshops designed to improve the existing capabilities and effectiveness of individuals and teams working for creative businesses in the South West. The sessions will provide practical guidance and exercises that attendees can take back to the office and action immediately.
The three half-day workshops will cover the following:
- How to Develop an Effective Client Growth Strategy – 3rd April - helping client service professionals and owners of creative SMEs to think more strategically about existing clients’ businesses and develop an organic growth plan to increase their impact and revenue.
- Effective Pricing – How to Increase your Profits and Confidence – 24th April - helping creative business professionals understand the implications of their pricing approach and every day decisions they make on the bottom line and client relationships. We’ll share different pricing models, strategies and tactics, as well as practical advice on ways to communicate them effectively without compromising relationships.
- Effective Workshop and Meeting Facilitation – 1st May - Packed with tips and tools, this workshop will help creative business professionals run more effective workshops and meetings to generate ideas, gain consensus and increase productivity.
