eckhoMedia launch bespoke client portal
After months of development the team at Bristol based web design and development agency eckhoMedia have successfully launched their bespoke client portal to all of their registered clients.
The new client portal marks another major milestone in the growth and expansion of eckhoMedia that has been developed in-house to improve communications with clients as well as become completely transparent in their approach to data and how clients access it.
All clients of eckhoMedia will have access to the following:

- Ability to view company account details
- Manage and create support tickets
- View subscribed services and their status
The new portal has been built with flexibility in mind, access to the portal has been designed to be made on any internet connected device, 24x7, anywhere in the world. Clients of eckhoMedia can view and submit support tickets for help, work requests and more. See a list of outstanding invoices, view the various services on their account, whether it be SSL certificates, website hosting or domain names including renewal dates.
eckhoMedia are confident that their new portal will streamline and improve requests for support and information as well as giving our clients access to their personal data as and when required. This new system ensures that we fully comply with GDPR for data security and data access.
The introduction of this new portal is not to remove any personal service but more to speed up response times of requests and ensure that requests for support or updates are dealt with efficiently and collaboratively.
