Our 2018 Social Media Employment Report (SW) revealed a confusion around what a career in social media can look like and also that a clear majority of businesses don’t seem to offer a structured career path for employees working within their social media teams.

So we wanted to shed some light, featuring some career journeys within social media and ways in. For this we caught up with a range of Social Media Professionals to showcase the unique paths they each took into the industry.
