The team at Synergy Creative recently dusted off their best frocks and blazers recently for this year's Employer Brand Management Awards where the team were awarded gold in the 'Best Employer Brand Event' category for their work with Arval, part of BNP Paribas Group, on 'The Journey Makers' employer brand. 

The awards, held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in central London, celebrate excellence in employer branding - something Synergy is no stranger to. The night was made extra special with another of Synergy's clients, ODEON Cinemas Group, picking up 'Best Ambassador Programme' and 'Best Diversity Brand'. 

Andrew Thomas, publishing editor of Transform magazine and founder of the Employer Brand Management Awards, said: “This year’s awards programme has highlighted the importance companies now place on their employer brand. From attraction to retention, reputation to risk management, each of last night’s winners raised the bar with their corporate positioning, setting a new mark for next year’s programme and cementing employer brand management as an essential component to overall business growth.”
