Next month, Digital Visitor will be partnering with the internationally renowned School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (SHTM) at the University of Surrey (UoS) to deliver a day long social media conference. Held at the UoS campus in Guildford on the 23rd May, the conference will help delegates define what social media means for their business and future.

Recently given a top-five ranking and five stars in this year’s QS World University Rankings, SHTM is currently ranked number one in both the Guardian University Guide 2017 and the Complete University Guide 2017. It is widely recognised for its world-class reputation for research in hospitality, tourism and events and is ranked in the top five globally for its publications.

How to Use Social Media to Grow Your Brand and Customer Base

Curated with mid to senior level hospitality and tourism professionals in mind, the conference offers practical tips and guidance on how to maximise the use of social, bio-metrics, and data analysis to grow the right customer base. All attendees will learn what it takes to run effective social media campaigns, hook new audiences and generate more bookings.

Providing industry-leading insights, experts from Digital Visitor will be heavily involved throughout the day to deliver lectures, seminars and workshops across a wide range of social media topics. You can view the full programme here…
