After a break and our first ever training module, APG West is back with its first event of the year, and a topic that’s essential for 2017 – the changing nature of agency value.

With agency services becoming more commoditised, and technology more central to the marketing model, how should agencies adapt and stay upstream? What is it that clients want and are prepared to pay for from agencies? And how can planners ensure they add strategic value?

We’ve invited two speakers to give us two different perspectives. Fern Miller is Chief Marketing Officer at DigitasLBi and brilliantly placed to help us understand how agencies must differentiate and substantiate their offer. Steve Edwards runs Hare & Tortoise, an innovation and growth consultancy, and will help us  integrate brand and start-up thinking for its clients.
