Bristol brand engagement agency Synergy creative has scooped the award for 'most innovative approach to an internal communication challenge’ at the CIPR #insidestory awards for their work with ODEON Cinemas Group on its Vision and Values campaign.

The #insidestory awards, held at London Zoo, reward best practice in internal communication and this gong recognises ODEON Cinemas Group’s ongoing commitment to creating an incredible experience for every colleague and creating an excellent employer brand.
