Vision Keynote: Suffering from post-Brexit anxiety syndrome?

Published on Thursday, 29th September 2016

Join us for this Vision Keynote in association with Kinneir Dufort, looking at the 10 things all design firms should be doing right now

Whether or not you’re happy with the Brexit vote to leave the EU, one thing is sure: there will be changes, both good and bad. The problem is that no-one knows exactly what form those changes will take, and economic uncertainty is always a challenge for anyone running a business. With some clients now holding back on commitment and delaying projects until the dust settles, design firms could be in for a bumpy ride.

At this Vision Keynote, hosted by integrated design consultancy Kinneir Dufort, Shan Preddy will share the 10 things that you should be doing right now if you’re running a design firm. They will help to smooth the ride, preparing you for any good times ahead as well as protecting you from bad.

Shan is a Partner at PREDDY&CO, specialists in training, executive coaching and business growth consultancy for design firms and in-house design teams of all disciplines, all shapes and sizes, worldwide.

Her books, 'How to Run a Successful Design Business' and 'How to Market Design Consultancy Services', have become international design-sector best sellers. Shan is a founder member of the Design Business Association's (DBA) Experts' Register, a Fellow of the RSA, a full member of D&AD, a Business Leader at the Marketing Society and a member of the Institute of Directors.

This event takes place from 6-8.30pm at Kinneir Dufort's studio on Tuesday 11th October.  Drinks are kindly provided by Kinneir Dufort and there will be delicious nibbles and canapes from Friksa too. Tickets are very limited and are priced at £25+VAT.  To book your place, please email
