Armadillo celebrates 25 years at the top
It’s our birthday! Armadillo turns 25-years-old this month and, to celebrate, the agency’s launching a brand new look and revamped website.
The Customer Relationship Marketing agency - which counts McDonald’s and Disney among its clients - felt its previous website didn’t fully showcase its expertise so enlisted the help of branding specialists Supple Studio and web design agency Mud to come up with a solution.
Taking the zeros and ones of binary and transforming them into a creative identity, Armadillo now fully embodies its position as a data-inspired creative CRM agency.

At Armadillo we have always been experts at taking the zeros and ones of consumer data and using the insights gained from analysis to fuel outstanding creative.
Our work in CRM goes back 25 years so we know all there is to know about crafting compelling customer journeys. But until now we’ve been very quiet about our skills and you’ve had to really know about this stuff to come and work with us.
As interest in understanding consumer behaviour grows, however, now feels like the right time to bring our light out from behind the bushel.
Thankfully the rebrand allows us to do just that!
