Explore Export: 70 overseas opportunities in 1 day

Bristol to host international delegates from over 70 countries seeking business opportunities with South West companies.

On Wednesday 11 November 2015, Bristol will host an international delegation of business experts from 70+ countries who are visiting the UK with live business opportunities in their home market.

Organisers, UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) are urging business of all sizes with big ambitions to be the next Dyson, Aardman Animations, Yeo Valley or Trunki to attend.

ExploreExport 2015 is a one-day event held at Ashton Gate Stadium and aimed at all companies who are keen to expand overseas. The event will allow attendees to explore numerous business opportunities around the world in just one day without the travel costs or time investment involved in crossing continents.

Attendees can develop a tailored programme of one-to-one meetings with in-market experts from British Embassies and Consulates as well as join a number of seminars on topical matters such as digital/ecommerce world, protecting your Intellectual Property, becoming export savvy and exporting to high growth markets. 

Countries represented at the event are from all four corners of the globe and include high growth markets such as Brazil, Russia, India and China, mature markets such as US and Australia and new emerging economies such as Afghanistan and Cuba.

We have a fascinating array of interesting startups, small companies and growth businesses based here filling much-needed gaps in the international market. UKTI’s agenda is to promote UK goods and services to all four corners of the globe. If you have a business you are ambitious about you need to be at this event. ”

Tickets are just £50 + VAT per person and limited places are available on a first come, first served basis. Registration is online via http://www.exploreexport.ukti.gov.uk/Bristol.aspx and once a place is secured, the booking of appointments can begin immediately.

ExploreExport is a core part of national event Export Week that runs from 9-13 November 2015. It is delivered by Business West in association with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI). Export Week kicks off a new initiative; Exporting is GREAT, the UK Government’s most ambitious export campaign ever. It aims to inspire and support 100,000 new UK exporters to sell their goods and services overseas by 2020.
