Master Class Day 6th July
A whole day of Master Classes and Keynotes not to be missed! #BMMC15
Eight Master Classes, plus hear from Future Foundation and IPA on The Future of Marketing and Agencies 2025. #BMMC15
Our first Master Class Day of 2015, supported by Creative Skillset, will take place on Monday 6th July once again kindly hosted by Osborne Clarke. It's an opportunity for the creative community of Bristol to come together to share ideas, network and to learn from each other, leaving updated and inspired.
The whole day will deliver big picture insight into the future role of marketing agencies along with focus on the detail with experts from across the marketing mix offering their experience and expertise. Join agencies such as Giggle Group, Omobono, Osborne Pike, Calvium, Oakwood, Robson Dowry, Blue Marlin, saintnicks and Zone for networking, keynotes and 8 hour long Master Classes.
The day starts with a Keynote entitled "Client-Agency Relationships: Value Creation or Value Destruction?" by Dr Mario Vafeas and Professor Tim Hughes from UWE Bristol Business School on their latest findings into the Client + Agency relationship - a must if you want to strengthen the relationship with our clients.
There is also a keynote and panel session on "The Future of Marketing and Agencies". What will best-in-class consumer engagement look like in 2025? How will new technologies further change consumer expectations, mindsets and behaviours? How will successful brands create or maintain dialogue with customers in this dynamic landscape? The IPA and Future Foundation present findings from the second edition of a seminal report into the Future of Agencies that provoked significant changes in strategy and focus for leading brands and advertising agencies when the first edition was published a decade ago.
Chaired by Janet Hull, IPA Director of Marketing Strategy, the session will hear from Future Foundation Director Michael Agnew, who will share key insights into the key scenarios that brands will need to respond to over the next decade. We will also hear from an expert panel as they debate the implications of these emerging scenarios and speculate on such questions as how significant the role of agencies will be to the fortunes of brands? What will truly engaging content look like in the future?
