An extremely busy start to 2015 has seen digital agency Focus expand their portfolio rapidly and take on new work on behalf of four new clients.

Bristol based charity Alive! have asked the tech team at Focus to build a bespoke customer relationship management system that will support the charity as they go through a period of expansion. The charity are dedicated to improving the life of older people in care, and our new technology will streamline communication with their customers, as well as automating a number of business processes to save time and administration.

The Focus team are also working closely with London based KDVI, providers of leadership and management coaching to organisations around the globe. KDVI have appointed Focus to build a new fully content-managed web site and eCommerce store, through which they will be able to offer a number of their products online for the first time.

In January following a competitive tender, Focus were commissioned by Hartlepool Borough Council to create a new web site for their Children and Adult Services Team, that will help the council meet new legislation from The Care Act. The site is due to launch in April 2015.

And March saw both the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames commission Focus to provide a new Local Offer web site for families with disabled children – through their social enterprise Achieving for Children. The new site, being co-produced with parent / carer groups, will launch in April 2015.
