The University of Derby appoints The Real Adventure Unlimited as digital marketing agency.
Following a competitive, two-stage pitch process, The Real Adventure Unlimited has been appointed as the University of Derby’s digital marketing agency, initially to provide fresh thinking on their undergraduate recruitment programme. With an immediate start, The Real Adventure Unlimited will devise the strategy, with the campaign launching from March 2015 for September 2016 recruitment.
The brief involves helping reposition the University as an aspirational choice for undergraduates, helping them to stand out from the crowd. As part of this, whilst most universities are behind other industries with their digital strategies, Derby has partnered with The Real Adventure Unlimited to further its desire to lead the way in the market.
On being appointed, The Real Adventure Unlimited were praised for the way they’d leveraged Derby’s ‘real-world learning’ credentials and excellent employability statistics in their creative ideas and strategic framework. 96.7% of full-time first degree graduates are in work or further study, making the university 10th in the UK for student employability.
