The Agency recruits Zane Radcliffe as Creative Director
The Agency – a triple winner at the recent Drum Network Awards - is building on a hugely successful 2014 with the appointment of Zane Radcliffe to its creative hot seat.
Radcliffe, who co-founded Scotland’s multi-award winning agency Newhaven, will leave his current post at AVBrowne in Ireland to join the Bath based independent in January. He brings a wealth of experience, including successful stints at Leo Burnett London, HHCL& Partners and The Leith Agency.
‘We are delighted to welcome Zane into our fold. He has a tremendous reputation for developing groundbreaking campaigns and growing industry leading creative teams. He shares our belief that creative should live in every person and department in an agency and he is the latest in a number of key hiring’s that reflect both our ambition and our continued commitment to delivering quality solutions for our clients,’ says Saman Mansourpour, Managing Director, The Agency.
‘This is too good an opportunity to pass up,’ said Radcliffe. ‘I’m joining The Agency at a time when our work and our people are winning national recognition. As a former agency owner I’m well versed in the challenges facing independents trying to successfully manage growth while building a formidable creative reputation. But this is the stuff that energises us and keeps the thinking fresh. I can’t wait to get stuck in.’
‘Compelling creative is still the key to engagement and it transcends every customer touch point. We remain focused on growing our reputation for effective, award-winning creativity,’ added Mansourpour.
