ClinkClink deliver striking centrepiece at the British Independent Film Awards with Moet
The ClinkClink team last night delivered a stunning centerpiece for the British Independent Film Awards held at Old Billingsgate, London.
Working with brand experience partner Moët & Chandon, the main event sponsors, ClinkClink designed and built a spectacular champagne fountain at the awards.
The structure, which took a painstaking 9 hours to carefully build, glass by glass, quickly became an exquisite backdrop for the media and a focal point for many of the evening’s photographs of the British film industry’s elite.
With the likes of Keira Knightley, Benedict Cumberbatch and Emma Thompson (who received the Richard Harris award for outstanding contribution to British film by an actor) in attendance it was set to be a glitzy, star-studded night with the fountain adding its own touch of elegance. Benedict Cumberbatch, Emma Thompson and the host of the evening Simon Bird from the Inbetweeners were just a few who braved pouring champagne into the top glass to cause a beautiful cascade.
Alex Pearn, ClinkClink’s Creative Director said “We are extremely proud to be involved with such a prestigious event. This is a great example of design engineering and glamour coming together to produce something really special.”
Now in their 17th year the awards aim to celebrate achievement in independently funded British filmmaking whilst honouring new talent and promoting British films and filmmaking. More information about the event and the evening’s winners can be found at http://www.bifa.org.uk/winners/2014
