Three of e3 Media bright young female stars are up for a place in The Drum's 'Heroines of HTML' Awards. Voting closes on 21st July

Bristol born and bred agency e3 Media has three of its bright young female stars up for a place in the Drum’s ‘Heroines of HTML’ awards and they need your help to get on the coveted top 30 list.

The 30 of the 50 women shortlisted from the hundreds that entered who have the most votes at close of play next Monday (21st July), will be in the final HTML Heroines list.

Here’s a bit about them for inspiration:

Lauren Dowding: A digital strategist at e3, Lauren Dowding has spearheaded a new approach within the agency to optimise its client’s digital marketing activity.  Described as a “digital native”, it was her process that helped the Royal Navy increase its recruitment rates via digital channels.

Brittany Child: Brittany Child is a digital account manager at e3 who has been described in nominations as “an extremely valuable asset to the team”. She played a strong role in the ‘50 things to before you are 11 ¾’ campaign for the National Trust, which includes a website and gamification.

Mihaela Radu: A developer at e3, Mihaela Radu has a focus on coding and has gained accreditation as a Microsoft certified technology specialist. Having worked across a variety of clients, Mihaela is committed to continuing to improve her skills as a web developer and pursue a more senior position in the Tech team.
