Media Tuesday with Springwatch and The Planet Mark in Partnership with The Eden Project

Published on Tuesday, 24th June 2014
This session with the production team from Springwatch and The Planet Mark is invaluable if you want to ensure your business is doing all it can to be environmentally sustainable.

Throughout 2015, the eyes of the world will be on Bristol as the European Green Capital – the first UK city to win this prestigious award.

Our next Media Tuesday will be on 24th June at Goldbrick House when we will be looking at how the creative sector can get more involved in the lead up to Bristol 2015 European Green Capital.  Our speakers will include Anna McGill and James Smith, currently on location with the BBC's Springwatch and Kath Cockshaw from The Planet Mark in partnership with The Eden Project.  There will also be an update on how advertising agencies, TV producers and photographers can get involved with BAFTA's Albert Carbon Calculator

This session is really valuable for anyone who is interested in ensuring that their business is being run in as sustainable a way as possible.  We all recycle at home; some are able to cycle to work; some run paperless offices, but we could all do so much more.

Join us to find out how, and let's get the conversation going to ensure that our sector is truly on the map when it comes to Bristol 2015 European Green Capital.

As usual we will be there from 6.15pm-8.30pm.  Entry is free for Bristol Media members who also receive a complimentary drink on arrival.  Non-members are asked to pay £5 on the door.  Everyone is really welcome!

We have also secured a 20% discount in the Goldbrick House restaurant and cafe bar for all Media Tuesday attendees.
