Studio Diva recognised as one of the best creative teams in the UK at Games Industry's Annual Awards

Bristol-based Creative Agency, Studio Diva, is a finalist for creative agency team of the year at the MCV Awards, the games industry's annual awards ceremony.

Bristol-based Creative Agency, Studio Diva, is a finalist for creative agency team of the year at the MCV Awards, the games industry’s annual awards ceremony. 

Studio Diva will battle it out with eight other specialist agencies from across the UK, for the title of Creative Agency team of the Year. Over 100 different UK games firms are in the running for an MCV Award across 25 categories.

Studio Diva specialises in creative communications for the video games industry, entertainment, leisure and FMCG sectors. 

Managing Director, Andy Barnes, said: “While conversely, we’re still relatively unknown in our home city of Bristol, we’re delighted to have been recognised as one of the leading creative forces in our sector.”

From their studios in the heart of Bristol Studio Diva deliver creative campaigns for some of the world’s biggest entertainment companies, including Sony Computer Entertainment and Activision.

The MCV Awards take place on April 10th at the London Lancaster Hotel, where the prestigious ceremony - hosted by comedian Adam Hills - will unveil the winners.

According to MCV, the “awards recognise success and innovation in the UK games business, across retail, digital sales, marketing and publishing. 

“PlayStation leads the way with 13 nominations, while there are 10 nods each for Take-Two (across its 2K and Rockstar Games labels), Ubisoft and Warner Bros.

Game Retail Ltd also scores five nominations, just one of many retailers and publishers shortlisted for evolving multi-channel strategies.”
