The Real Adventure welcome their first apprentice
“This placement will help me bridge the gap from my creative studies to applying and understanding the process of Artworking”, said Jordan. “I am very excited, looking forward to working hard and returning value to The Real Adventure."
The Real Adventure are keen to develop grass roots talent and took the decision to hire an apprentice, as a way to build talent from entry level. Keen to be able to offer opportunities to talented individuals at all levels, getting involved with the Creative Skillset Apprenticeship scheme at its inception, was a key part of this strategy.
Jordan is one of the first five people to take part in the Level 4 Advertising and Marketing Communications Apprenticeship scheme, which is being piloted in Bristol and London. The 15 month placement will include one training day each week, alongside hands-on experience at The Real Adventure, one of the top 100 digital agencies in the UK. During his placement, Jordan will learn all the core software packages for creative, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
The Real Adventure are thrilled to have Jordan on board, and are looking forward to hosting some of the training days for Bristol apprentices from their offices in One Glass Wharf.
