The Agency Help Slimming Brand Swell Sales Through Boots Retailers

Slimsticks has enjoyed a dramatic rise in sales in part due to recent press coverage and online advertising campaigns produced by The Agency

Slimsticks, a natural weight loss aid has enjoyed a dramatic rise in sales since securing retail distribution with more than 700 UK Boots stores late last year. The growth has been in part due to recent press coverage and online advertising campaigns planned and created by advertising specialists The Agency.

Slimsticks, who have continued to retain Imogen Thomas as their brand ambassador since 2011, have enjoyed a period of consecutive growth throughout the UK and have rarely been absent from the national press or the Twittersphere. A completely natural product, Slimsticks works by reducing the body’s appetite aiding weight loss. Some people have been known to lose 6lb in just one week.

“The Agency have been instrumental in helping us to develop the Slimsticks strategy and start building the brand, both in press and online. We started steadily, growing our online search presence and we have continued to scale up now negotiating national press deals, most recently with Reveal, Look, OK Magazine and the Daily Mail,” says Franco Beer, Managing Director at Innovate Health.
