Bristol Experiential agency MOTION are working with Theo Paphitis to recruit boux belles

MOTION are working with Theo Paphitis’ Boux Avenue, activating a nationwide road show to recruit a team of the very best promotional girls in the industry. The brand ambassadors known as the Boux Belles will work directly for Boux Avenue as an extension of their promotional marketing team. The recruitment road show which features a video audition photo booth is visiting some of the busiest shopping centres in the UK including Buchanan Galleries Glasgow, Newcastle’s Metrocentre, Manchester Arndale, Merryhill Birmingham, Bluewater in Kent and Southampton’s Westquay.

Promotional girls are being invited to the photo booth to record a short video application. The best applicants are then being invited to castings in their respective city. The very best promotional girls will then be invited to the Boux Belle Training Academy in Westfield London, where they will receive in-depth brand training, before graduating as one of Theo’s Boux Belle team.

MOTION are managing the logistics behind the campaign, running the casting and advising Boux Avenue on all aspects of the selection process.  Alex Kopfli ,MOTION’s Planning Director said “it’s great to be working with Boux Avenue and a real endorsement of experiential and face-to-face brand communication that Theo Paphitas sees the Boux Belle Academy as such an important part of helping to grow the Boux Avenue brand and its exciting for a Bristol based experiential agency to be helping in the process.
