Job description

Diva has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager/Producer to join our award winning Creative Agency. Working with a client list that represents some of the biggest names in the Video Games industry, this is a varied and interesting role that is ideal for someone who has experience in managing large scale digital marketing projects who is looking for a new challenge.

This position will best suit highly skilled Digital specialists with meticulous attention for detail, first class organisational skills, a methodical approach to delivery of large scale projects and a passion for engaging online marketing experiences. You should be passionate about personal and professional development, getting to know our clients’ products and always strive to keep up to date on industry news. You’ll show a willingness to work hard, in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in similar roles.

You will be working across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring your projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative standards.

No recruitment agencies please.

At Diva, we believe happiness comes from loving what you do and we’ve built our agency around that. Unrivalled passion, boundless creativity and raw talent sit under one roof, forming one of the biggest and best creative agencies in the South West. We are a fast paced, unique, independent creative agency with our team at the heart of everything we do. Each and every one has the power to shape our future and we value them as much as we encourage them to value each other.

We value great teamwork and the way we communicate and collaborate is key. Every person that works with us has the capacity to help shape our future. We’re looking for likeminded people who are excited by that prospect and recognise this as a great opportunity to shine.

Reporting directly to the Digital Lead and working primarily with our Digital Campaign Co-Ordinator, you will be expected to handle the operational aspects of all online campaign output including, but not limited to, the delivery of programmatic builds, site takeovers, social media placements and video activity.

You will be responsible for supporting the Digital department internally by ensuring all placements are delivered on time and to spec. You will also be liaising with our partner publishers and media agencies to get the most out of any digital campaign.

You will liaise with a number of different sites, publishers and media agencies at any one time whilst working across multiple projects, often for a number of different territories. The ability to manage all of these moving parts is essential to the smooth running of any campaign.

Fast turnarounds are the norm, so our ideal candidate will need to have a varied skill set, a calm and methodical approach and the attention to detail required to be able to manage cutting edge, high profile campaigns within tight timeframes.

You will maintain detailed awareness of relevant market trends and developments in the wider advertising, communications and creative industries. This includes, but is not limited to, video game releases, industry events and announcements.

You will also maintain awareness of the ever-evolving creative landscape (e.g. new platforms and formats), and the technical and creative capabilities of the studio teams. Ensuring that you best match those capabilities with the needs and requirements of the client.

To apply, include a little bit about yourself, a resume, and a link to examples of projects you have worked on. No applications will be considered without supporting evidence of projects delivered in previous roles.
