Job description

Start Date: January 2020
Contract: 1 year fixed term maternity cover contract (Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week, worked 9.30am – 6pm  
Salary: Depending upon experience, plus benefits package
Location: Gas Ferry Road, Central Bristol and Aztec West, North Bristol.

Person specification

For this role, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to cover our existing Advisors maternity cover. The ideal applicant will be someone who has experience managing their own workload without supervision as well as experience working within a team. As this role is across both sites (Gas Ferry Road & Aztec West), the perfect candidate will also have the ability to tailor their approach depending on the site and team being dealt with. 

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience working within a HR environment and be either part or fully qualified CIPD. We are also looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills and the ability to act on own initiative.
