Digital Client Partner is an exciting role full of opportunity. Working in our busy Client Partnerships team you will be responsible for the growth, planning and delivery across a number of key digital clients across the agency including Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital projects from conception to realisation 
  • Growing and identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients 
  • Building valuable relationships with clients old and new - helping them achieve their objectives 
  • Managing and maintaining systems that contribute to project success (Synergist, Paymo & Smartsheet)
  • You will take the lead in ensuring that “the project” is on budget, on time, and developed as per agreed scope
  • You will be responsible for drafting and keeping up to date all project documentation (SoWs, project plans, status reports, hosting and support reporting etc), circulating to correct sign off points and sharing with relevant team members on a regular basis
  • You will also take responsibility for communicating project timings, changes to scope and progress to both the internal team as well as the client
  • Financial and pipeline reporting

  • Happy to work alongside our existing Client Partnerships team to develop a way of working that flexes to ensure the client is serviced to the very highest standard


Person specification

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in an agency environment, ideally working directly on and leading digital projects. You'll love getting involved creatively, bringing ideas and insight to every account - making a difference, and making your mark. You'll know how to direct and inspire your team, and you'll have the people skills to get the best from both studio and tech. Commercially minded, but creatively driven, you're looking for an exciting new challenge in an agency that's going places.   • Comfortable managing large and sometimes complex budgets as well as small and fast-turn around projects
