Job description

We’re seeking a competent, dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team.

We’re a campaign, content and creative agency with a growing team and roster of clients to match. With a mix of FMGC, leisure and financial services clients we challenge brands to think differently, developing multi-channel campaigns with strong commercial objectives.  

Currently working as a Senior Account Exec or Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of integrated brand and campaign projects moving through the agency. Organised and reliable, you will be confident juggling demands to ensure the smooth coordination of agency teams. You will also be digitally competent with proven experience of delivering digital projects and social campaigns, from conception through to delivery

Acting as the conduit between our planning team, studio and key clients, you will be a hands on team player – tenacious in bringing the best heads together to deliver great creative work that our clients love - on time and on budget.

Person specification

The ideal candidate will have 2 years agency experience and be confident taking on the below responsibilities:

  • Managing key client relationships through effective communication, problem solving and responding to requests efficiently
  • Implementing best practice account processes i.e. weekly status reports, face-to-face meetings, meeting agendas, contact reports
  • Interrogating client briefs and writing internal creative briefs/supporting the Planner with drafting creative briefs
  • Managing project deadlines, estimates, budgets and sign offs with the client
  • Leading client meetings and presenting strategic and creative work
  • Working with Finance to forecast accurately, hit monthly targets, raise invoices and manage job profitability
