A passionate digital and data professional, you’ll help to ensure we deliver excellence in data, analysis and reporting initiatives for our clients. We have a range of innovative initiatives to use data and insight to transform our clients’ customer experiences across their channels. You’ll be instrumental in planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting on these initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monitoring and reporting of utilisation of a client platform.
  • Anlayse, report and consider the implications of key trends.
  • Identify the data requirements and opportunities around specific cross-channel initiatives.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and set campaign targets.
  • Implement, configure and optimise analytics software to monitor and record site statistics, event tracking, goals and funnels.
  • Implement, configure and optimise reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Produce and present client-facing reports and dashboards analysing the results and impact of campaign initiatives, including actionable insight for refinement and improvement of future projects.

Person specification

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a data analyst working in digitally driven agencies, delivering multi-channel data solutions 
  • Proven experience of managing the implementation of complex multi-channel campaigns (email, search, social, direct mail, call centre), particularly with a focus on data set-up, reporting and analysis
  • Experience with at least one web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with at least one tag management tool, such as Google Tag 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrable capability to capture and define data requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Client presentation skills 
  • Innovative problem solver with the ability to apply a rigorous analytical approach to identify issues and deliver solutions quickly
  • Ability to multitask while consistently maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Commercially focused and highly numerate
  • Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
  • Willingness to get stuck in 

Desirable

  • A relevant qualification – either degree or professional accreditation 
  • Experience with social insight tools, such as Brandwatch and Traackr
  • Experience with at least one CRM tool, such as Exact Target, Selligent or Adobe Campaign
