Job description

An integral member of the BMW Retailer Engagement and Support team, the account executive role is key in delivering the front-line support for the day-to-day management and relationships with the BMW Group Retail network. You will be responsible for all inbound and proactive outbound Retailer enquiry and marketing activity management, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal project delivery. 


- Front line for all inbound Retailer enquiries, engagement and support including advice, query management and project management of Retailer marketing activity

- Proactive initiation and project management of Retailer briefs from start to finish

- Ensure knowledge and thorough understanding of BMW Group central campaigns to support the Retailers

- Ensure knowledge and through understanding of BMW Group CI guidelines and compliance to support the Retailers and manage compliance checks appropriately

- Undertake proactive research for Retailer activity using the Audience Insight Tool and Campaign Reporting Dashboard as applicable 

- Research and prepare activity documentation, analysis and reports

- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines ensuring adherence to SLAs

- Coordinate internal team resource and third-parties as applicable

- Assist in scheduling resource time effectively and adherence to internal processes to support delivery to the highest standard

- Carry out administration as required, including but not limited to, note taking, booking meetings and drafting agendas, monthly report complilation, etc.

- Keep all relevant systems up to date with project information and ensuring all timesheets are current

- Support the wider Retailer Marketing team as appropriate and take on ad-hoc tasks in support where required

- Educated to A level / B-TEC or Degree

- 1-3 years’ experience in a digital environment

- Knowledge of project planning software

- Experience of using CMSs and databases

- Experience of using analytics packages
