Are you a Senior Designer looking for your next step up? Stitch has an exciting (and unique) opportunity for a Senior Creative on the hunt for their next big career move.

We’re looking for a Design Lead with the creativity, ambition and enthusiasm to add real fire to our creative output. You’ll be a dab hand at coming up with new, creative ways to turn a brief into a bright idea for new business pitches and all our big, demanding, global clients (think Vodafone, HSBC, Aviva, Diageo and Lenovo).

Person specification

It goes without saying that you’ll have 7+ years of experience under your belt, with a portfolio of skills to match.

You’ll also be:

  • Inherently creative, itching to take this opportunity to make a difference
  • Able to get to the nub of a client brief and come up with new concepts, messaging and creative application
  • Ambitious, very much a self-starter, looking for the next trend to bring in-house
  • Comfortable getting into the nitty-gritty of brand guidelines to understand what works, what doesn’t and how they can be pushed
  • Able to work across all facets of digital and print design; including web design, motion graphics/animation, email design, print layout
  • Consumer-centric in your thought processes, never compromising on design because it’s only for an internal audience
  • Extremely knowledgeable in design and production processes for both print and digital
  • Totally fluent with the full Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Super talented with a portfolio crammed full of great work
  • A nurturing sort of person, with experience in developing Designers or Junior Designers.

You’ll play a senior role in our new creative team as the ideas person, tasked with the creative thinking and coming up with inspiring, engaging ways to champion the employee voice. Day to day you’ll be working with our Creative Director and Copywriter, as well as our team of Account Managers and freelance creatives across all media. You’ll be making a difference, pushing our creative proposition and driving us to be bigger and better.
