We’re looking for an Account Manager to help manage one of our key client accounts.

You’ll need to be a confident communicator who is comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Working closely with the Digital Experience and Digital Operations teams, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client campaigns on a day-to-day basis with support from the wider team.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to client briefs, you’ll add value by questioning and challenging assumptions, establishing the clear requirements and ensuring this is factored into cost estimates
  • Co-ordinating internal resources to manage workflow and delivery of projects, ensuring senior team are kept abreast of projects and aware of any potential opportunities or issues you have identified
  • Confidently presenting strategies, creative and analysis to the client and wider agency team, capturing feedback and ensuring it is actioned
  • Supporting senior team members with account finance and forecasting

Specific skills and experience

  • Experience of managing estimating and finances
  • Ability to think on your feet and find resolutions that work in the client’s best interest
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring all work is checked before sharing with the client
  • A collaborative team player who ensures the highest standard of work
  • A clear communicator to consistently delivers a high standard, whether when writing an email or speaking with your client on the phone or face-to-face
  • Excellent understanding of the industry and current trends, keeping abreast of the latest developments and their impact for the industry
  • Good understanding of UK data protection regulations, ensuring adherence to best practice
