This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their existing digital marketing skills (or who's hungry to learn and develop) at a fast growing, fun digital agency! We specialise in healthcare marketing, and after only 4 years of operation we pride ourselves on servicing some of the most prestigious NHS and private health clinics and hospitals across the country.

You will have a  chance to work with and learn from the whole of our multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with our head of search and your responsibilities will span a number of key clients.

You will need to have a hardworking and proactive attitude,  love all things digital and be flexible enough to do a number of different activities.

Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities 

- Work with clients to assess digital media needs and develop campaigns to meet project goals including paid search, organic search, paid social, organic social
- Strategically build and manage search engine marketing campaigns (paid/PPC)
- Analyse campaign performance and make statistically smart, relevant optimisations
- Proactively manage PPC campaigns to ensure strong performance including keyword management, optimisation of bidding strategies, campaign structure, A/B testing, content updates, and landing page optimisation
- Work with internal content team to develop SEO strategies and measure/report on impact
- Management of client accounts, including updates via the phone or face to face, onboarding and  strategy meetings
- Produce performance reports for clients, analysis and insights to improve performance

Desired Experience and Skills

Experience Using:

- Google Ads and Google Ads Editor

- Google Analytics

- Google Tag Manager

- Google Data Studio

- Good understanding of SEO (What factors influence rankings / what makes a website technically sound)

- How to optimise content for search engines

- Strong analytical skills with genuine excitement for campaign performance

- Must be driven by continuous improvement

- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines


 

Requirements

2+ years’ experience working in paid media

Fluent English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills

Desired

Bachelor’s degree (and/or equivalent)

Experience of working in a digital marketing agency

Google certified
