Stuff is a busy, independent and integrated agency providing advertising, design and digital from our harbourside office in Bristol. Our clients include both global and local brands covering such sectors as pet care, technology, utilities, legal charities and more and we work across B2C and B2B.  

We are looking for a great Administrator /Junior Account Executive to join us immediately. 

Key tasks will include:

Running agency reception, taking calls and being the happy “front” of the agency; creating brilliant first impressions with clients.

Handling and creating appropriate paperwork across estimates, invoicing and job set up documentation

Assisting accounts department where required.

Taking care of company housekeeping matters, meeting set up duties and catering. 

When needed, working with any of the agency team who may need your help.

Beginning to help with Client Service duties across any marketing disciplines and working with an Account Manager across studio traffic, budgeting etc. 

Person specification

You will either have some qualifications in marketing or you may just be someone with a real passion for the industry and looking for an opportunity to get started. We will also consider a part time role (min 3 days a week) so if you are returning to work or just juggling the work life balance, we would be happy to hear from you.  

You will be: 

Confident, bright and cheerful and able to take initiative and learn quickly. 

Punctual and smart. 

Organised, have very strong attention to detail. 

Able to deal politely and courteously with all telephone enquiries. 

Resilient and positive in difficult situations with the ability to multi task under pressure. 

Someone with passion for this industry. 

Able to administer work across departments and be robust enough to deliver in a busy agency environment.
