Stuff is a busy, independent and integrated agency providing advertising, design and digital from our harbourside office in Bristol. Our clients include both global and local brands covering such sectors as pet care, technology, utilities, legal charities and more and we work across B2C and B2B.  

We are looking for a brilliant and hard-working person to join us immediately. 

Key tasks will include:

Working with and managing agency team across planning, creative, studio, media, PR and finance.

Managing client relationships with great communication, status updates, problem solving and detail. 

Presenting and delivering on creative and media/ digital including creating briefs and assisting with planning

Ensuring all deadlines are met, working with traffic, budgets are created, adhered to and invoiced.

Growing accounts and helping on new business pitches.

Working with an Account Director. 

Person specification

You will ideally be an advertising/ communications/ marketing graduate. but attitude, real experience and passion for the industry is just as important as is having the drive to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.  

You will be: 

Highly organised, have very strong attention to detail with very good time management skills. 

A very effective communicator both verbally and in writing, persuasive and able to sell and deliver work. 

Able to solve problems, be resilient and positive in difficult situations

Able to multi task under pressure. 

Passionate for this industry, ambitious with career goals .

Able think in an integrated and creative way. 

Ale to understand and deliver work across branding to advertising to digital and more. 

Able to deliver for both large corporates and SME clients. 

Able to lead and co-ordinate across departments and be robust enough to deliver in a busy agency environment.

Happy to travel to meet with clients face to face rather than just sending emails.  A driver's licence is a real plus.

Be used to working across PC and MAC and have good software skills including Excel. 

Be positive, cheerful and bright and happy to take initiative.
