Job description

At Sparkol, we create easy to use products which our customers love. We're looking for a highly organised, experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll be based in our fun and busy central Bristol office and will assist the sales team and liaise with other departments. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or G Suite. Experience with CRM systems and customer relations would be helpful.

Person specification

  • Active involvement in the implementation of the sales processes
  • Create, update and maintain sales activity spreadsheets and schedules
  • Receive and action calls, online live chats and emails
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce CRM for accurate billing and reporting
  • Maintain and update sales files
  • Assist the Sales Team to execute sales, launches and events
  • Schedule/coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments
  • Plan events, coordinate logistics & budget and attend trade shows
  • Liaise with other teams within the wider business
  • Assist the rest of the Sales Team where required
  • Raise purchase orders (POs), invoices and chase key clients for payment
  • Process inbound sales payments
  • General admin duties including travel arrangements, expense handling and post sorting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous sales admin experience
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Flexible, proactive and able to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, able to prioritise own workload and work well under pressure
  • Well organised and attentive to detail
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/G Suite)
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • A desire to learn and an interest in technology
