RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities to improve the performance of our e-commerce website, SEO, PPC, marketing database, email, PPC, display advertising and affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks
  • Measure, analyse, interpret, recommend and report weekly/monthly the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify and understand current traffic, user acquisition sources, trends, opportunities, anomalies and threats, utilising a variety of web analytics tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools etc.)
  • Optimise spend and performance based on insights
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies
  • Manage our automated email marketing platform (HubSpot)
  • Create high-performing, on-brand emails and landing pages to increase conversion and sign ups
  • Write copy for blogs and emails
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures for landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
  • Optimise our websites for SEO as well as usability
  • Manage and challenge external agencies (PPC, affiliate) to ensure successful delivery against targets
