Job description

We Are Inspired are a small but growing production agency, working for leading Media and Advertising Agencies. We help them produce and activate ‘Inspired’ brand experiences for their clients. Our mission is to help our clients grow their experiential businesses. We do this by offering them a turn-key solution to help them provide first-class experiential campaigns for the brands they work with.

As an office assistant you'll be responsible for helping the Director and Account Manager of the company in the build-up to some campaigns live over the summer.

We’re looking for someone for a minimum 12-week period, starting ASAP on a part-time basis. 2-3 days to be agreed on in advance and flexible around the applicant’s schedules.

We will aim to get back to you within the next week or two to discuss interviews. 

Person specification

The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:

  • You are confident and polite on the phone and happy to speak to a variety of different suppliers and partners on behalf of the AM and Director
  • You are meticulous, well-organised and will be able to hit the ground running
  • You will have experience working in an office/agency environment
  • You will be happy to work the odd weekend if required (to be discussed in advance)
  • A creative problem solver and happy to contribute your ideas to help with the progression of the business. No idea is a bad idea!
  • Basic Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Raising PO’s and invoices for payments
  • You must have a genuine interest in planning, logistics and ad-hoc support on deliveries and collections within the local area
  • You must live in the Bristol area
  • You must have a full-clean driving license


Desirable, but not essential:

  • Basic Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign skills
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Workflow Max
  • Experience with booking promotion staff/brand ambassadors or working on mass-sampling campaigns with the general public


Salary and benefits are to be discussed at interview if you are successful, but we can confirm that it will at least match the national living wage.
