Job description

Epoch Design has been the sore thumb of Queen Square for 27 years now. Raising eyebrows of solicitors to the left of us, causing concern of accountants to the right – but, really, secretly, envied by all for our creativity, culture and the good vibes emanating from our agency buildings.

As a Strategic and Creative Partner for some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands, we’ve got a client list to be damn proud of and one that’s continually expanding. And with an almost obsessive attitude to our culture, when we look for new hires to embed in studio and represent our planning services in front of our most important international clients, it’s understandably a pretty big day for us.

Great creative is nothing without a great brief. And a great brief is nothing without great planners. We’re hoping that might be you. We’re looking to recruit for two roles. A Junior with a year’s experience and a Senior with over 5 years under their belt. That being said, what we really want are Planners with a burning hunger to build great brands. If that’s you, whatever level you are, get in touch.

The right applicants will naturally put the consumer at the heart of everything; captivated by consumer behaviour, intrigued by global cultural trends and obsessed with the insights that drive creative excellence. And you’ll use those skills to craft strategically intelligent and compelling creative briefs on which you’ll collaborate to deliver world-class, behaviour-changing output. Oh, and you’ll love a good laugh and have almost embarrassingly high standards.

Sounds like a bit of a tall order, we know. But to be honest, once you’ve established yourself in the Epoch team and embraced the Epoch way of life, it almost won’t feel like work at all. Promise.

And just to be clear. That Epoch world is all about global FMCG brands. Building brands from scratch, as much as breathing new life into existing ones, activating across every channel, platform and touchpoint. It’s a hugely dynamic and challenging place to be but it’s incredibly rewarding, and we can guarantee no two days will be the same.
