The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager role is responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and results for both internal brands and external clients.  

You will be part of the central marketing team, working alongside like-minded people in similar roles, and working closely with our content and client delivery teams to plan, execute and measure campaign activity. As our Digital Marketing Campaign Manager you’ll champion our audience data and insight agenda for campaigns; ensuring that we are effectively segmenting and targeting our audiences appropriately. Key metrics will be around engaging, converting and retaining audiences for campaign fulfilment.

You’ll need to come up with the most effective ways to reach the targeted audiences and then deliver best-in-class digital campaigns. You’ll be managing campaigns across email, social media, and tools including: Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Tag Manager and AdEx. You’ll be expected to ensure continual improvement by ongoing testing and analysis of campaign performance, build, manage and track audiences for commercial deliverables.

 

Person specification

Ideally you will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar, demand generation role, B2B experience preferable
  • Experience with search marketing strategies involving SEM, SEO and website management
  • Proven and demonstrable campaign management experience including hands on experience on PPC and display campaigns
  • Experience with Email Marketing tools (Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp)
  • Experience with CRM management and marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo)
  • Management of data for effective campaign delivery including segmentation and campaign reporting
  • Excellent verbal communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience putting together campaign reports showing results as well as analysis
  • Solid experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Previous experience of working within a Publishing or Digital Media environment would be useful but not essential
